Questions people ask first
How is an event counted?
One tracked action, once. Page views, identifies and aliases are not billed separately, and internal traffic you exclude is not counted at all.
Can I query the raw data?
Yes. Every plan includes read access to the underlying columnar store over standard SQL, and you can point any BI tool at it.
What if I exceed the plan?
Nothing breaks. We keep ingesting and email you. Overage is billed at a published per-million rate rather than a forced upgrade.
Do you support self-hosting?
On Enterprise. It runs on your own Kubernetes cluster and object storage, and we ship the images and the Helm chart.
