Before your first visit
What does the thermal circuit include?
Spring-fed pools at 34 and 18 degrees, two saunas, a steam room and the silent floor, for three hours. Robes and slippers are provided.
Is the silent floor really silent?
Yes, and it is enforced. Staff will quietly ask people to leave for talking, which is precisely why regulars come back.
Can I bring my phone?
Not past the lockers. There is a staffed desk if you are expecting an urgent call and they will come and find you.
Do vouchers expire?
No. They are valid indefinitely and transferable, and we will honour them regardless of price changes.
