Before your first visit
Do I need to be registered?
No. We see registered patients and one-off appointments alike. Registered patients get same-day slots held back each morning.
What does an appointment cost?
A standard thirty-minute consultation is 95 pounds. The full price list is published, and we will tell you the cost before you book rather than after.
Do you take insurance?
We are recognised by the five main providers. Bring your membership number and we will bill them directly where the policy allows.
How accurate are the waiting times?
They are recalculated at 08:00 from actual booked capacity, not an estimate. Ninety-four per cent of patients are seen within the time quoted.
