Not a marketplace — we own and clean every house on this site, so the photographs are current and the key is always where we said it would be.

Sleeping two to eleven. Dogs welcome in six of them.

A converted threshing barn with one very large table, which is the point of it.

One up, one down, no wifi by design. The nearest shop is a four-mile walk.

The coast
Nine miles of marsh and shingle, with a bird reserve at either end of the walk.
Eating
Two pubs, one very good fish shack, and a farm shop that opens when it feels like it.
Weather, honestly
It is Norfolk. Bring layers in August and a very good coat in February.

Why book direct rather than a marketplace?
The price here is the price. No booking fee, no service charge and no cleaning fee added at the last screen.
Are dogs really welcome?
In six of the nine houses, with no extra charge and no limit on how many. Water bowls and towels are already there.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to fourteen days before arrival, and a full refund. Inside fourteen days we refund whatever we manage to rebook.
What if something breaks?
Call us. We live eight minutes away and we do the maintenance ourselves, so it is usually fixed within the hour.
