Two rooms · Twenty-eight classes a week

A studio for practice, not performance.

No mirrors, no leaderboards, no music you have to shout over. Classes capped at eighteen so the teacher can actually see you.

I came in at forty-six having never done a class. Nobody made a thing of it, and the teacher adjusted three postures without saying a word.

Book your first class

Before your first visit

I have never done yoga.

Start with Slow Flow. It is built for a first class, and the teacher will quietly offer alternatives without drawing attention to you.

Do I need to book?

Booking guarantees a mat, but there is almost always space for drop-ins on weekday mornings.

Why no mirrors?

Because practice is about what a posture feels like, not what it looks like. It is the most common thing new members mention afterwards.

What does membership cost?

980 kroner a month for unlimited classes, or 180 for a drop-in. No joining fee and no minimum term.

First class is free.

Turn up ten minutes early, borrow a mat, and see whether the room suits you.
